Who can register?
The current version is designed for nutrition professionals with a valid medical-system registration number.
When does the free trial start?
The 72-hour trial starts after the doctor has been verified.
How are subscription plans different?
Version 1 provides the same features across plans; only the access period is different.
Can the meal plan be edited before PDF?
Yes. The final document can be edited, rearranged, and saved as a draft in the Document Builder before PDF generation.
Are doctors’ data isolated from each other?
Yes. The platform uses a multi-tenant architecture and each doctor is restricted to their own workspace data.
Can it be installed on mobile?
Yes. The Doctor Panel is delivered as an installable PWA on supported devices.
Are purchases refundable?
No. Under the defined commercial policy, completed subscription purchases are non-refundable.
